Phi Kappa Phi
The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is the oldest and most selective honor society in the United States that recognizes excellence in all academic disciplines. Founded in 1897, Phi Kappa Phi, along with Phi Beta Kappa, is a charter member of the Association of College Honor Societies. Today, Phi Kappa Phi has more than 1,000,000 members in all parts of the world. Its more than 280 chapters are on college and university campuses throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines.
The Ohio State University Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi invites eligible juniors, seniors, graduate students, and faculty to membership during Spring Quarter each year and honors those who accept membership during its annual initiation ceremony, to be held during Spring Quarter. The chapter uses its share of initiation fees to offer various undergraduate and graduate scholarships.
