Additional Guidelines

The following is an additional set of guidelines for your consideration when determining honors-quality coursework.

  • Any theme course listed in the ASC Honors GE guide is honors-quality
    • The up to date GE Guide can be found on the Honors Requirements section of our site

  • Any 4-credit hour theme course is honors-quality, even if lower level
    • e.g. KNHES 2295 would be honors-quality since it is 4 credit hours

  • Do not rely solely on Schedule Planner and the Degree Audit to choose Theme coursework
    • Both tools show non-Honors and Honors-quality Theme courses

New classes are constantly being reviewed and approved in these categories. If you find a class not listed that you believe meets the Honors criteria, please consult with your honors advisor.
