Maddy McCain is an Academic Advisor in the Arts and Sciences Honors Program who works with a variety of students. They received their B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Mount Union in 2018, and their M.A. in East Asian Studies in 2023. Maddy’s research focused on linguistic anthropology and ancient Japanese literature lens.

In her spare time, Maddy loves to play with her pets, explore local cafes, and watch documentaries.
