Faculty Representatives for the Oral Examination Committee [pdf]: Please note that any regular OSU faculty member outside the major/field of distinction is qualified to serve as an honors representative. This list provides suggestions in case you would like some assistance in identifying a faculty member outside of the field of distinction.
Defense Committee Proposal Form: The Defense Committee Proposal is an online form which will require you to provide your proposed defense date and the names, departments, and e-mail addresses of the three faculty members serving on your thesis defense committee. Please review the Instructions for the Final Examination (above) before submitting the Defense Committee Proposal. When submitting your form, please be sure to click all the way through to the confirmation page to ensure that your Defense Committee Proposal has been submitted. The deadlines for submission of this form are listed below.
